The renewed recognition with 2 toques and 14 points, which we have been able to receive for several years in a row, is impressive proof of the consistency and quality with which the dishes in the AQARIUM have been served for years. Our claim that only the best of the best is good enough for our guests is valued just as much as the creative composition of the individual ingredients for a harmonious menu of the highest standard.
